Q. Are clients
able to access ezySkillz training
package from there home?
A. Yes
this is possible and directions
on how to manage this would be
provided upon request. However,
it is in the best interest of the
organisation that the jobseeker
does this on-site to ensure participation
is that of the jobseeker.
Q. How secure is ezySkillz?
A. Clients
are given a unique ID – JSID
as part of the registration and
then they enter their personal
password. The SQL Server
is secure and all steps have been
taken to promote security and to
maintain client confidential information.
Q. Can Consultant’s
access client information during
and after training is commenced?
A. Yes. Consultants
will be able to access information
through the Consultant Management
facility. This will allow
Consultants to assist Clients and
adapt information entered if required.
Q. How many spaces
will ezySkillz use
on the computer?
A. Very
little space will be used. Approximately
4000 clients will be able to register
without having any affect of the
performance of computers.
Q. Are Consultants
able to view their list of clients
through doing a search against their
User ID?
A. This
function will be introduced and
is expected to be managed by the
Consultant entering their User
ID and the period for which they
would like to view client list – (date
to date).
Q. How long will
each client’s information remain
accessible on the computer?
A. Forever. Each
client will be able to refer back
to their information through entering
their unique ID and password. The
only way information would be removed
is if the organisation deleted
the file.
Q. Are Consultants
able to upload Resumes to EA3000
through ezySkillz program?
A. Yes. The
Consultant will be asked to save
information completed by the client
at completion of the training. From
this point they will be able to
upload the new resume to EA3000.
Q. Does ezySkillz provide
an assessment at the completion of
training?
A. Yes. The
Consultant and Client will be required
to complete the final assessment
together, similar to the initial
assessment prior to commencement. Both
the Consultant and Client will
be required to sign confirmation
of completion.
Q. Are there different
options for format of resumes?
A. Yes. Several
styles have been provided for the
client to choose from.
Q. Will clients
be able to have their own email address
for job searching purposes?
A. Yes. Please
check www.emailaipro.com to
gain a thorough understanding of
what can be made available. Each
client can have their own personal
email address linked to your organisation,
which will also allow access by
the Consultant to confirm usage
of email is for job searching purposes
only. The fee for this is
$395.00 per office as a one off
fee.
