ezySkillz provides a system
where company training and or tests can be
converted into computerised interactive modules. The
benefits are endless in this area because rather
than being stuck with paper based material
they can become interactive animations, sound,
forms and tests. Having these capabilities
makes it much easier to demonstrate systems
and or procedures. ezySkillz will also
store who has done what, what they have completed,
how long it took them to complete and keep
a track of what courses a particular person
has done.
For example a company could
have their standard Job application form converted
into an automated form which then allows easy
retrieval at a later date when a company is
looking for new employees to fill a certain
position.
Training
Training manuals can be easily converted
into interactive presentations. Imagination
being able to convert a manual on how to “Fly” into
an interactive training session rather than just
text book representations on how an aeroplane
works for example, it can be better demonstrated
with interactive content. Testing the students
as they go is a proven method to help the students
better remember the material they are learning. ezySkillz
also allows for a reward system when modules
are completed. These rewards can be badges,
trophies, certificates or whatever is decided
on. These awards can be viewed in a central “Awards
Room”.
Educating
The ISJST course is just

using the ezySkillz system. As

Letters, Resumes, Business Plans and much more. It
teaches the student, as they proceed through
it all the steps involved in getting a job,

converted into an interactive course from Maths,
English, Geography, History, it wouldn’t
really matter.
Surveys
ezySkillz could be easily adapted to allow
entry of surveys by end users based on a survey
that is configured. This would allow an easy
to use data collection system. The data
could then be used in any number of other software
for further analysis, since the database is
SQL Server based.
